Returns & Refunds Policy

1. No results-based refunds: No refunds for “did not work”, dissatisfaction with perceived spiritual outcome, or change of belief.

2. Physical defects / wrong item: Report within 7 days of delivery with
   (i) order number,
   (ii) clear photos/video evidence,
   (iii) description.

3. Approval required: Returns require written approval and return instructions from us. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

4. Condition: Returned goods must be unused and in original condition/packaging unless defective on arrival.

5. Refund method: If approved, refunds (if any) are processed to the original payment method (or equivalent) and may exclude shipping .

6. Digital Content / Services: Non-refundable once delivered/accessed or commenced with preparation and/or in progress.
