Description
Ajarn Tom | BE 2566 | Size: 7.8 × 5 cm
Hakom is an extremely powerful but also dangerous type of ghoul, said to be 1,000 times stronger than ordinary Prai. Even Ajarn Tom himself has said that Hakom is one of the strongest ghosts he has. He also considers it one of the more dangerous kinds of wicca to deal with.
This particular Hakom has spent years in pure Hakom See Pheung since 2023, kept inside the original tub of wax. The amulet has since come out of the tub, with some of the original wax still stuck onto its body.
The original bottles of materials and Chang carving from the tub now sit attached to the back. What you can’t tell from the photos is what’s actually inside those bottles.
Among them are pure Crazy Elephant Oil, known for its extreme Saneh and sexual obsession. There are also rare Prai materials connected to a master of deception, someone who made money through casinos. He was particularly good at cheating and manipulating his way out of trouble. There’s also a specially blessed Chang carving, along with other Prai materials from the original tub. And we’re not talking about ordinary Prai materials here.
Years Soaked In Pure Hakom Wax
The pure Hakom wax comes from Ajarn Tom’s third and final batch of Hakom See Pheung, which also contains remnants of his previous two batches.
Ajarn Tom prepared this batch using a mixture of Prai materials, oils, powders, other secret ingredients and additional Saneh wicca. He first blessed it during his Wai Kru in BE 2566, then continued blessing it for several more months.
Unlike the usual Hakom amulets containing some Hakom wax, this piece spent years in the pure wax itself. Ajarn Tom has since stopped making Hakom creations, and the original tubs has already sold out.
You can also refer to the original Hakom See Pheung tub to see how this particular Hakom was kept before being removed and encased.
Hakom – The Lord Of Ghosts
Hakom, also known as Phaya Ghob Hakom, is a type of ghoul, something similar to the Western concept of a zombie. A being who is half living and half dead.
Also known as the Lord of Ghosts, Hakom supposedly originated from someone who already possessed considerable magical skills when he was alive. Most probably an occult practitioner such as an Ajarn or Lersi.
According to traditional beliefs, a person who uses too much magic incorrectly may eventually attract hundreds or even thousands of ghosts. These ghosts then possess the practitioner, eventually turning him into Hakom himself.
Hakom is especially feared for attacking those who practise magic. Old accounts even claim that he can possess people, make them seriously sick, and essentially turn them into a zombie-like being.
Despite the level of knowledge some masters have in the occult world, this is still a very dangerous kind of wicca. And one that very few know how to use.
Ajarn Tom learned this wicca from his teacher, Phu Lersi Pong, who passed down the knowledge associated with the Kuy tribe. Traditionally, the tribe closely guarded this knowledge. They taught it mainly within the tribe and only to a selected few outsiders.
Hakom’s Four Main Abilities
According to traditional beliefs, Hakom can attack aggressively on command, while also defending his owner without being told. Other than fulfilling the owner’s commands, he is especially known for four things.
Cursing: Attacking and possessing people, causing sickness, losses and other kinds of misfortune.
Following: Tracking people, chasing debts, and helping with negotiations or settlements, whether monetary or otherwise.
Saneh: Charm, attraction, love and attracting the person you want.
Destruction: Causing serious harm and destruction. Be careful what you ask for, and remember that the rules of karma still apply.
Of course, Hakom is not limited to these. Wealth, business, protection, windfall luck and wish granting are also among the purposes traditionally associated with him.
Pure Nam Man Chang Baa – Crazy Elephant Oil
One of the original bottles from the tub contains pure Nam Man Chang Baa, also known as Crazy Elephant Oil. Ajarn Tom also gave this oil its own special Saneh blessing with the help of a female devotee, before placing it into the original Hakom wax tub.
This comes from the temporal glands of male elephants during musth. During this period, they produce secretions associated with heightened aggression and reproductive activity.
According to traditional occult beliefs, this oil is so strong in Saneh that even elephants are said to go crazy with lust upon smelling it. There are also old warnings against carrying it near elephants, and especially against consuming it. The material should never be consumed.
Traditional beliefs associate Nam Man Chang Baa with extreme Saneh, sexual attraction, lust and obsession. It is said to be so strong that a person may lose control of their desire.
Pong Nang Piw Phi – The Master Of Deception
Another original bottle contains Pong Nang Piw Phi, an extremely rare Prai material that Ajarn Tom personally prepared. He used a special material obtained from a Prai.
Unlike ordinary Prai powders, this material requires very specific conditions and preparation methods. The timing, temperature and humidity all play an important part, making it extremely difficult to prepare successfully. But the real interesting part is the Prai it came from.
According to Ajarn Tom, this Prai was a master of deception, someone who made money through casinos and other means. He was extremely good at cheating, manipulating situations and getting himself out of trouble.
Even when facing serious legal problems, he somehow always managed to escape. No matter how bad things became, he could always find a way out. This included situations that seemed almost impossible to turn around. The word problem practically didn’t exist in his dictionary.
Because of this, traditional beliefs associate Pong Nang Piw Phi with wealth, gambling, windfall luck, high-risk investments, escaping trouble and avoiding danger. People who regularly face dangerous situations, including military and security personnel, may also find this material suitable.

Pong Prai Maha Prai & Chang Carving
Apart from the materials mentioned above, the original tub also contained Pong Prai Maha Prai, another Prai powder preparation. There is also a Chang Sep Chang carving made from Gradook Chang.
Before placing them into the original tub of Hakom wax, Ajarn Tom separately blessed both the pure Nam Man Chang Baa and Chang Sep Chang carving. He performed these individual blessings through a special Saneh ritual with the help of a female devotee.
