Description
Ajarn Tom | BE 2566 | One of a kind | Size: Approx. 41.5 × 41.5 cm
A rather unusual Khun Paen Roy Mia Phayant, which Ajarn Tom drew entirely by hand on a piece of corpse cloth. The cloth had absorbed a considerable amount of prai fluid, and Ajarn Tom further enhanced it with pure 8 Lukkok Nam Man Prai.
What makes this piece particularly interesting isn’t just the corpse cloth itself, but the person it once belonged to. A man with a rather unusual nickname, and an even more unusual way of making a living.
The Master of Deception – A Man Who Knew How to Get Away With Things
The corpse cloth came from a man who went by the nickname “The Master of Deception”. He made his living through his ability to deceive others.
From making money in casinos to various other dealings, he was particularly skilled at avoiding legal repercussions. Despite the nature of his activities, he somehow always managed to get away with them.
And of course, such skills were not limited to making money or avoiding trouble. The ability to charm, attract, deceive and persuade others could also come in rather useful, depending on what one wishes to achieve.
After all, not everything is about love. Sometimes, being able to influence how others think and respond to you can be just as important.
Khun Paen – The Man of Many Women
For those unfamiliar with Khun Paen, he is a legendary figure from Thai folklore. People know him for his charm, relationships with multiple women and knowledge of occult practices. His reputation with women is one reason Khun Paen amulets and wicca have become closely associated with Saneh, attraction and influence.
Khun Paen Roy Mia, or Hundred Wife Khun Paen, draws on this association. Its main emphasis is strong Saneh and the ability to attract and charm others.
Corpse Cloth, Prai Fluid & 8 Lukkok Nam Man Prai
The corpse cloth had remained in the wild for some time, which caused some deterioration. During this period, it also absorbed a considerable amount of prai fluid, leaving visible traces on the cloth itself.
Ajarn Tom used this particular cloth to create the Khun Paen Roy Mia Phayant. He drew the entire piece by hand, consecrated it and further enhanced it with pure 8 Lukkok Nam Man Prai.
The main purpose of this piece is extremely strong Saneh, seductive charm and attraction. However, the nature of the corpse cloth and additional materials gives it a much broader range of intended effects.
These include influence, persuasion, windfall and gambling luck. Together with its strong Saneh, this makes it a rather unusual all-rounder for those seeking more than just love and attraction.
Ajarn Tom made only one piece, drawing and consecrating the entire Phayant by hand.
