1. DEFINITIONS & INTERPRETATION

1.1 Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

  2. “Business Day” means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Singapore.
  3. “Charges” means all prices, fees, delivery charges, taxes, duties, levies, and any other sums payable by you in relation to an Order.
  4. “Content” means all text, images, photographs, graphics, audio, video, product descriptions, ritual descriptions, symbols, marks, trade names, packaging designs, and other materials displayed on or made available through the Website.
  5. “Customer” means any User who places an Order.
  6. “Digital Content” means any non-physical content supplied electronically (including PDFs, text instructions, images, downloads, recordings, any form of ritual write-ups, or other materials).
  7. “Force Majeure Event” means any event beyond a party’s reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of God, epidemics/pandemics, war, riot, civil commotion, government actions, embargoes, customs actions, logistics disruptions, strikes, lockouts, power/network failures, platform outages, or payment processor failure.
  8. “Offerings” means, collectively,
    (i) Products and
    (ii) Services.
  9. “Order” means a request submitted by you to purchase Offerings from the Website.
  10. “Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Shogun X Amulets, a Singapore sole proprietorship.
  11. “Points” means any loyalty points, rewards points, store credits, coupons, promotional credits, or similar incentives displayed in your Account or issued by the Owner.
  12. “Products” means physical goods sold on the Website (including amulets, artifacts, collectibles, related packaging, and any physical items).
  13. “Services” means non-physical services supplied by the Owner, including any Ritual Services, consultations (if any), symbolic activations, blessings, ceremonial work, or other non-tangible services as described on the Website.
  14. “Ritual Services” means any non-physical, belief-based or ceremonial service performed symbolically, spiritually, culturally, or ceremonially, as described on the Website.
  15. “User” means any person who accesses, browses, registers, or uses the Website.
  16. “Website” means https://www.shogunxamulets.com and all related pages/subdomains operated by the Owner.

1.2 Interpretation

(a) Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

(b) Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa.

(c) “Including” and “without limitation” do not limit the generality of preceding words.

(d) If there is any conflict between these Terms and any product page, the following order of precedence applies:
(1) these Terms;
(2) the relevant product/service listing;
(3) any other policy page, unless expressly stated otherwise.


2. ACCEPTANCE

2.1 By accessing the Website, creating an Account, earning/using Points, or placing an Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website and must not place any Order.

2.3 You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.


3. CHANGES TO TERMS

3.1 We may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, or by posting the updated version on the Website.

3.2 Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities under your Account.

4.2 We may suspend or terminate any Account, refuse service, or cancel Orders at our sole discretion where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the Website, other users, or the Owner (including suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or policy breach).


5. NATURE OF OFFERINGS

5.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Offerings are provided as cultural, collectible, artistic, spiritual, symbolic, or belief-based items/services.

5.2 Any references on the Website to “luck”, “wealth”, “protection”, “energy”, “blessing”, “power”, or similar expressions are intended as non-literal, subjective, interpretive descriptions and do not constitute factual guarantees or measurable outcomes.

5.3 You agree that you are purchasing based on personal preference and belief, and not relying on any statement as a promise of results.


6.1 The Website and Offerings do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

6.2 Offerings are not a substitute for professional advice or treatment.


7. ORDERS & FORMATION OF CONTRACT

7.1 An Order submitted by you is an offer to purchase.

7.2 The contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance (e.g., by sending an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, or by providing access to Digital Content/Services).

7.3 We may decline or cancel Orders at our discretion, including where pricing errors occur, stock/service availability changes, payment is not verified, or fraud/chargeback risk is identified.


8. PRICING & PAYMENT METHODS, VERIFICATION & CHARGEBACK RISK

8.1 Prices are as stated on the Website at the time of Order.

8.2 Payment methods may include bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, and other methods we may enable from time to time.

8.3 We may require additional verification (including identity/payment verification) where reasonably required to manage fraud risk and comply with payment processor requirements.

8.4 If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and providing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter, we may suspend your Account and restrict future purchases.


9. DIGITAL CONTENT & SERVICES

9.1 Digital Content is deemed delivered when made available for download/access or sent electronically.

9.2 Services (including Ritual Services) are deemed delivered when performed, initiated, scheduled, or otherwise commenced in accordance with the relevant listing.

9.3 Due to the nature of Digital Content and Services, you acknowledge that they may be non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by mandatory law.


10. SHIPPING

10.1 Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

10.2 Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon dispatch (or collection by the carrier), to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10.3 You are responsible for all import duties, GST, taxes, customs fees, and compliance with local import restrictions. We are not responsible for customs seizures, rejections, delays, or additional charges imposed by authorities.


11. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

11.1 No refunds will be provided for (including but not limited to):
(a) dissatisfaction with perceived spiritual outcome;
(b) “did not work” or unmet expectations;
(c) change of belief, feelings, or personal circumstances;
(d) subjective dissatisfaction with symbolism/interpretation after purchase.

11.2 Physical Product issues: where a Product arrives materially defective or incorrect, you must notify us within a stated period (7 days from delivery) with clear evidence. Remedies (replacement/partial refund) are at our discretion, subject to mandatory consumer laws where applicable.

11.3 Any refund (if granted) will not exceed the amount paid for the affected item and will exclude shipping unless required by mandatory law.


12. POINTS / REWARDS PROGRAMME TERMS

12.1 Points are promotional incentives offered at our discretion. Points:
(a) have no cash value;
(b) are not legal tender, stored value, or property;
(c) are non-transferable;
(d) may expire or be revoked.

12.2 We may at any time, at our sole discretion:
(a) adjust Points balances;
(b) change earning/redemption rates;
(c) impose caps, expiry rules, or redemption restrictions;
(d) suspend or terminate the Points programme;
(e) reverse Points for suspected abuse, cancellations, returns, or chargebacks.

12.3 You agree you have no claim against us arising from any Points adjustment, suspension, or termination, except to the extent prohibited by mandatory law.


13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

13.1 All Content is owned by or licensed to the Owner and is protected by intellectual property laws.

13.2 You must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, scrape, copy, or create derivative works from Content without our prior written consent.

13.3 We may pursue takedowns, injunctions, damages, and other remedies for infringement.


14. USER CONDUCT; PROHIBITED USES

You must not:
(a) use the Website for unlawful purposes;
(b) post defamatory, abusive, or false statements;
(c) misrepresent our Offerings, create impersonations, or publish fabricated “guarantees”;
(d) attempt to circumvent security, harvest data, or disrupt operations;
(e) engage in Points abuse, fraud, or chargeback abuse.


15. DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES

15.1 The Website and Offerings are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

15.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

16.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, arising from or relating to the Website or Offerings.

16.2 Liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner’s aggregate liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Order giving rise to the claim.

16.3 Mandatory law carve-out: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including limitations under Singapore’s Unfair Contract Terms Act where applicable.


17. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
(a) your breach of these Terms;
(b) your misuse of the Website;
(c) your violation of any law or third-party rights;
(d) your content, statements, publications, or representations about the Offerings.


18. THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES

18.1 The Owner’s employees, agents, contractors, service providers (including payment processors, logistics providers, hosting providers) may rely on the protections, exclusions, and limitations in these Terms as third-party beneficiaries, where permissible.


19. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by a Force Majeure Event. We may suspend performance for the duration of the Force Majeure Event.


20. NO WAIVER

20.1 If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions remain in force.

20.2 Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

20.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Owner regarding the Website and Offerings.

20.4 We may assign/transfer our rights and obligations to affiliates or successors as part of restructuring or sale of business assets.


21. GOVERNING LAW

21.1 These Terms are governed by Singapore law.

21.2 You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

21.3 Where you are a consumer and mandatory consumer rights apply.
