This is an extremely rare 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝟏𝟑 𝐜𝐦 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐫𝐮𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐚 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐚, made specifically for wearing.

Unlike the common 31 cm versions, these are 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞, as the same powerful yantras must be packed into a fraction of the space.

Even during LP Pichan’s prime, such pieces were 𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐤.
Prices for these minis were already higher compared to standard versions, though no exact records exist of how they compared to full-sized ones.

Today, LP has long stopped producing them due to old age, making surviving pieces even more priceless.

Based on ancient & traditional beliefs, this is said to:

𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
The Maha Rangap Pra Hongsa amulet is traced back to the Ayutthaya period, where 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗱𝗲𝗷 𝗣𝗵𝗿𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗻 wore it into his legendary elephant duel against the Burmese Maha Uparaja. His victory cemented this takrut as the 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, protecting warriors, leaders, and households ever since.

Traditionally, it was tied to the 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 to bless the family. LP also taught that when faced with black magic disturbances, one may stir water with this takrut while chanting, then bathe with it to cleanse the affliction.

𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀
“𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠” 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚 (𝐃𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐭): Every character is written with simultaneous chanting. The Maha Rangap yantra contains overlapping chambers, surrounded by the 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐩 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚, 𝟑𝟎 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚, and 𝟖 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐨 and more

Once inscribed, the takrut is rolled, sealed, and coated with a sacred herbal paste made from 𝟕 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐬:
– Bai Rangap
– Bai Pak Gachet
– Bai Grateup Yot
– Bai Chum Het Thet
– Bai Ya Tai Bai
– Bai Kae Kaao
– Bai Samee

The herbs are fire-treated, sun-dried, powdered, mixed with lacquer, and applied. Rope weaving and final sealing complete the process. In this case, a layer of gold foil was also added before the final sealing.

𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗥𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 – 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
The yantra itself is 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞. The 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 lies in consecration. Currently, LP Pichan is regarded as the 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐤 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐫𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟.

In contrast, most other versions are layman-written or co-blessed.

Completion is only achieved when the takrut’s power is strong enough to 𝐡𝐲𝐩𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 — a feat few masters today can perform.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 – 𝗣𝗵𝘂 𝗟𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶 𝗣𝗼𝗻𝗴’𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
This piece was kept by 𝐏𝐡𝐮 𝐋𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢 𝐏𝐨𝐧𝐠 in his personal collection for around 𝟏𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬, receiving constant chanting and blessings. Signs of natural wear are visible, but they only add to its 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲.
