Nong Nuch Mae Prai – First & Last Batch | 30 Pieces Only
Ajarn Tom | BE 2564 | First & Last Batch | 30 pieces made
Size: (insert size)
Maker & Origin
Ajarn created this Nong Nuch Mae Prai as the first and last batch, with only 30 pieces ever existing. He chose to proceed because of the deep meaning behind her story, and because she is one of the very few prai whom he felt truly deserved to be honoured with both her real name and real photograph.
Since the original materials were limited, this batch cannot and will not be made again.
Her Story – Nong Nuch (น้องนุช)
Her name is Nong Nuch (น้องนุช — pronounced Noot), a gentle and hardworking lady from Ubon Ratchathani who supported her family every day. She travelled frequently for work, and during an unfortunate turn of events in early 2019, her journey ended abruptly.
She was born in July, and she was 30, which explains why this release mirrors the same significance—completed in July with 30 pieces, aligned respectfully with her life’s timeline.
Why This Creation Took Two Years
Before Ajarn could proceed, both the prai and the family needed to agree, as tradition requires. Although Ajarn intended to help her from the beginning, disagreements within the family continued for more than two years. Because of this, he waited patiently until everyone reached a mutual decision.
Once approval came, he completed the consecration smoothly and respectfully.
Design, Symbolism & Sacred Composition
Her Favourite Colour – Purple
Ajarn chose this shade because it was her favourite, marking the first time he used this colour on any casing.
Twin Skulls – A Symbolic Mark
The twin skulls reflect Ajarn’s role as the King of Prai and also mirror the ShogunX emblem, adding a personal signature to this release.
Phoenix Yant – Renewal & Beauty
The pair of phoenixes on the back symbolises transformation, beauty, and rebirth. It also provides practical spiritual support.
Her Burial Shroud (With Her Name)
Instead of engraving her name onto the casing, Ajarn wrote her name on a small cut from her burial shroud, placed at the back of each piece as a more personal tribute.
Supporting Assistants – Nam Man Prai & Embedded Prai Relic
To help her work more effectively, two supporting assistants were added:
-
Nam Man Prai (NMP)
-
A special prai relic embedded into the back
Both additions enhance her strength, stabilise her energy, and allow her to assist devotees more efficiently.
