When a statue is carved from just a single, block of wood, it’s definitely special. This piece is hand carved from the elusive 𝗠𝗮𝗶 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗡𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗼 , also known as 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐨𝐝 —a name spoken with respect among handful of Thai occult practitioners. Though its name sounds similar to the well-known Mai Ngiew Dam (a black wood commonly used for amulets), this variant is far more rare, and far more potent.
𝗠𝗮𝗶 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗡𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗼 is believed to be a rare subspecies of an already scarce trees—its trunk bearing an unusual pale yellow tone from root to crown. Because of this natural coloration and the unique energy it holds, Lersi Pong refer to it as “𝐌𝐚𝐢 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐚𝐦” 𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐖𝐨𝐨𝐝. Not for its color alone—but for its powerful energy associated with 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 .
Very little documentation exists on this material—modern references are almost nonexistent. However, some believe it may be linked to the obscure tree known as 𝐃𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐲𝐫𝐨𝐬 𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐢, a species so under-researched that even experts can’t agree on its properties. This scarcity reinforces the wood’s mystique, with most knowledge passed down only through oral traditions and the teachings of highly respected forest monks and Lersi masters.

Hakom is not merely a spirit—he is a force. Often described as the Lord of Ghosts, he is the lingering soul of a powerful practitioner who became trapped between life and death due to the overuse of dark rituals. Over time, his soul absorbed countless wandering spirits—transforming him into a being of immense magical strength and instability.
But what makes this statue unique is its 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐚𝐤𝐨𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐂𝐚𝐭—a rarely seen form, one which 𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐢𝐜𝐜𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝. The cat, a traditional symbol of mystery and fortune, amplifies Hakom’s existing powers, granting the bearer the ability to not only 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 but to 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐬 to their will.
Couple with 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢 𝐏𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 , it does not only helps to beautify the statue; it strongly enhance the strength as well.
This is not the common Hakom, often encountered in basic amulet lore. This version is an 𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 —a 𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧, 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐫 rolled into one. Said to be 𝟏𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐠𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐭 , this Hakom doesn’t simply haunt; he 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬, 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐲𝐬. Those who misuse magic are particularly vulnerable—he has been known to infect them with spiritual sickness, leaving them empty, zombified shells.
Yet to those he serves—he is 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥. On command, he 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬. Without command, he 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤; 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤 .
This statue is 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐜. It’s a serious piece, created with intention, power, and deep understanding of the spiritual currents it holds. A 𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥. A 𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. A 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐬 but 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞.
For those with the 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 to own it,
this statue is a gateway to 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥, 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
Only a handful will ever exist.
𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐢𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞—𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰.
