𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – –

First encounter with this wood was by chance, when I was shown and offered a piece by Kruba Thep, who had graciously given us a piece, wrapped in silver casing.

It is believed that this wood will give the wearer, wa positive and glowing aura that will attract the attention of their surrounding thus giving them that extra edge in convincing and persuading.

I had personally been wearing it almost daily for the past 6 months or so, and have a very good experience with it, and decided to keep a look out for it.

With a slender like appearance, and a snake skin like texture when scrap, will drop scale like pieces, Kruba mention that when he first studied about this years ago, he hasn’t fully understand the value of it, and would give it away as and when people ask, and till now he only has that little left.

According to him, there are multiple types of varient of it, and if memory serves us correctly, “farmed” version, which are being planted. However, the truly powerful ones will be the wild varient of it.

By chance, we had managed to obtain a little bit of this wood last year, which was then divided into 6 pieces of takrut. Lersi Pong graciously agreed to help us encase it in silver when we went over in Jan, which was then left there, to be chanted till eariler this month in March, during the event.

As we study more and more about amulets, and understand the meaning behind them, often, we’ll realise that the simplest looking pieces are often the ones with the strongest power, and also why, often one will see that the pieces worn and carried by masters are often simple looking pieces.

While simple looking, and with just one or two materials, more often then not these materials are extremely rare and powerful, sometimes almost extinct, or unrecorded materials found deep in the forest, or hard to reach areas.

Pieces like this are meant to be kept and use by those who truly believe and understand it, as oppose to some fancy looking commercial items which looks “powerful”, meant for the average consumer.
