A rare, pre-C19 creation — this one-of-a-kind piece was crafted just before an unusual shift occurred… an event that led to it being quietly kept and blessed within the samnak, 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. Hidden from view, yet never forgotten.

On the surface, it presents a hauntingly beautiful depiction of Khun Paen, carved from sacred one-eye coconut — already a rarity on its own. Surrounding him: 𝘀𝗶𝘅 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀, symbolising his many wives… but also hinting at something far more enigmatic on the reverse.

Beneath the surface lies a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗶 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗯𝘀 — crafted in the old-school tradition of Phu Lersi Pong, who conceals his wicha deep within, rather than displaying it overtly.
